Q. How many days a week should I meet with my trainer?
That depends on your goals and current level of fitness. For most people 2 or 3 times per week is just about right to
see progress at an accelerated pace.
Q. How does your exercise program differ from other exercise programs out there?
Most exercise programs don’t focus on the entire fitness picture. Most will concentrate on just strength training, cardio
training or just basic fitness training with no specific plan to achieve tangible results.
When you train with us, your exercise program will cover every key component of effective fitness training, including strength training,
cardiovascular training, proper nutrition and 24/7 accountability. Again, we will NOT let you fail.
Q. Do I need to do any other workouts on my own?
You may receive some additional guidance and workout plans from us, which may include cardio training, stretching
and focus on nutritional habits. Additional workouts outside your training sessions with us are definitely encouraged to see maximal
results from your overall exercise program.
Q. Should I just buy an exercise video first?

Q. Isn’t cardio better for burning off fat?
Some people try doing endless hours of cardio before they come to us for help. You’ve seen it before
